Applying to ISB’s Post Graduate Program in Young Leadership (PGP YL) is a two-step process. The admissions process is highly competitive, but with careful planning and preparation, you can maximize your chances of securing a spot.
Candidates are shortlisted based on academic performance, test scores, essays, awards, and achievements.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for personal interviews with senior industry leaders, ISB faculty, and alumni to assess leadership potential and program fit.
To be considered for ISB's PGP YL program, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education Qualification
Hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.
Work Experience
Have between 0-24 months of work experience as of 15th June of the year you plan to join.
Additional Requirements
If your previous education was not in English, a valid TOEFL/IELTS score is required.
