It can work for applicants who begin their application journey later or need the additional weeks to complete a credible submission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISB confirms that candidates are considered under the same selection criteria in all three rounds. Scholarships are also available across rounds.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The practical disadvantage is not necessarily the admission probability. It is the shorter period available after admission to organise financing, leave your job and prepare for relocation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Therefore, do not rule out Round 3 when it is the first round in which you can submit your strongest work. At the same time, avoid delaying your application until January without a genuine reason.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"isb-pgp-eligibility-requirements-for-2026-27\"><b>ISB PGP eligibility requirements for 2026\u201327<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before building your application plan, confirm that you meet the official<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.isb.edu\/programmes\/post-graduate-programmes\/pgp-in-management\/eligibility-and-requirements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISB PGP eligibility requirements<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"a-bachelors-degree\"><b>A Bachelor\u2019s degree<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You must hold a bachelor\u2019s degree or an equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Applicants from different undergraduate disciplines are eligible. ISB does not restrict the PGP to candidates from business, engineering, finance or any other particular academic background. However we have noticed that diversity candidates &#8211; like those from medicine, law, hospitality or similar sectors do have a distinct advantage when it comes to interview selection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three-year bachelor\u2019s degrees from recognised institutions are also accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"at-least-two-years-of-full-time-work-experience\"><b>At least two years of full-time work experience<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The regular ISB PGP requires applicants to have at least <\/span><b>24 months of full-time work experience as of March 31 of the joining year<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Any part-time employment does not count towards the 24 months work experience requirement. ISB also states that CA articleship work can add value to a candidate\u2019s overall exposure, but it is not counted as full-time work experience for PGP eligibility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Finally, while there is no upper bound to the ISB PGP Classroom, it is important to note that across the years the average work-ex of the ISB Cohort has been around 4 years and the range is between 2 to 12 years. Candidates with even higher work-ex can consider several other programs that ISB offers.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISB has discontinued its earlier deferred-entry routes, including the Young Leaders Programme and Early Entry Option, in favour of PGP YL.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"a-valid-gmat-or-gre-score\"><b>A valid GMAT or GRE score<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISB accepts both the GMAT and GRE for the regular PGP.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The score must be valid on the deadline date of the round in which you apply. GMAT and GRE results are generally valid for five years from the date of the examination.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISB accepts <\/span><b>test-centre-based GMAT and GRE scores only<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Online or home-based test scores are not accepted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Candidates who have taken the test on or before their round deadline may upload the test confirmation email and enter an approximate score in the application. The official result must then be sent directly to ISB through the appropriate test portal.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"is-there-a-gmat-or-gre-cutoff-for-isb\"><b>Is there a GMAT or GRE cutoff for ISB?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISB does not prescribe a fixed minimum GMAT or GRE score.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the school\u2019s<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.isb.edu\/programmes\/post-graduate-programmes\/pgp-in-management\/faqs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">GMAT and GRE admissions guidance<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, scores in the current class range from:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>530 to 780 on the GMAT<\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>319 to 330 on the GRE<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These ranges should be interpreted carefully.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A candidate admitted at the lower end of the range may have an exceptional professional trajectory, entrepreneurial experience, unusual achievements or a perspective that meaningfully strengthens the cohort. The lowest admitted score is not necessarily a sensible target for every applicant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similarly, a high score does not guarantee an admit. It is to show how you approach problems and arrive at decisions.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"demonstrated-leadership-potential\"><b>Demonstrated leadership potential<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You do not need to manage a large team to demonstrate leadership.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leadership may appear in the way you influence colleagues, manage conflict, take ownership, support others or introduce change without having formal authority.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For example, consider the difference between these two statements:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cManaged a team of five people.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cLed a five-member team to redesign a reporting process, reducing the monthly closing cycle from ten days to six.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The second version gives the reader evidence of scale, initiative and impact.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 id=\"commitment-to-growth\"><b>Commitment to growth<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ISB looks for candidates who are curious, open to feedback and capable of learning from difficult experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Your application does not need to suggest that every career decision has worked perfectly.
